They are bolt on only if you have your stock headers. If you have shortie headers that had to be welding on then you would have to weld the solo high flow cats on as well. Do you have a part # for the setup you bought ? I'd like to find out if there is a price difference in the bolt on cats from the weld on cats . Plus did you get the O2 extended's to replace the 2nd cat.
