Your favorite part will be getting the boot back on.
The part that does the rattling is the pin that connects the shifter and shaft and it's clips. The little pieces of dyna mat will probably stop it but I wasn't gonna crawl under for that! lol Also put a little locktight on the two bolts that attach the shifter to the chrome handle. They otherwise might loosen up.
Oh and try not to punch yourself in the face pulling off the old shift knob.
