Dude I had water problems and I called, was very polite and 6-8 weeks later they sent me two new ones no questions asked......I didn't have to convince them to help me or talk them into it, it all seemed very routine and professionally handled...The only issue is that they are having a tough time keeping up with demand and dealing with issues due to the manufacture. This is a pretty rare thing to see on a car so I'm willing to give some leeway in the name of progress...
