I'm really not that slow
but I am missing something here.
My Forgeline GA3's look alot like your wheels but they are 20's.
I just bought new GM TPMS rubber valve stems and installed the sensors just like the stock setup...no issues.
Was this other method something you requested or is required with your wheel choice or what?
I noticed your inner hoop had the extra hole for that,mine did not
