So the OP wanted the stem to be hiden...I did not know that was an option.
Wouldn't that be a more difficult to check pressure and air up?

I have mine routed with a 90 degree angle stem through one of the holes normally filled with a bolt and the flush mount TPMS unit in the inner barrel. Clean look and easy to adjust tire pressure trackside.
