Obviously you're a fanboy with your head up your ass, and nobodys going to change that.
I'm sorry, did I piss you off by pointing out minor asides like sales volume?

=WesmanI would like a link to sales figures, by car, for the 2008 calender year.
Here's one for you. For the 2008 calender year Pontiac says they sold 12,045 G8's. The numbers might have been higher, but the car did have a late introduction with sales not starting until sometime in March.

Comparison? In January 2008 Chrysler sold 7,750 300 sedans, or roughly sixty five percent as many sedans in one month as Pontiac sold in nearly ten months. Charger moved 7,972 units in the same month meaning that, combined, Dodge's LX cars sold more units in January 2008 than Pontiac could move G8's in nearly a year.

Nissan moved a little more than 47,000 Maxima sedands for the 2008 calender year. Again, the G8 was hurt by a short year, but you could triple G8 sales for 2008 and it still wouldn't be that close.

Really want a mind blower. Ford built and sold just under 10k GT500's in the 2008 model year. Face it, G8 is a sales turd, period.

And sales so readily support your argument. Out of the three regular people I could likely find who would recognize the name G8 two would probably be thinking of the economic summit. Regular people don't know what a G8 is and frankly they don't care, and sales figures show this in spades.
