Looking at new wheels. I've narrowed it down to two: KMC RockStars & TSW Interlagos.
It seems like a lot of people really don't like the RockStars as they are fixated on the fact that they see them on trucks. Personally, I think the passenger car version looks great on the Camaro. On the minus side, they're just as heavy as the stock wheels…
The Interlagos wheels are 5 pounds lighter on the fronts, and 7 pounds lighter on the rears. On the downside I don't think they look as good as the Rockstars.
I'll be running 275/35/20's all around so I'll get some better grip on the fronts and better braking as well. The tires are also 2 pounds lighter on the fronts and 6 pounds lighter on the rears.
So do I go for looks or performance? In other-words, will the weight difference make that much difference on the street???
