Probably not even that much.
I would say pick the one your gut says to go with and/or fits your budget the best.
As far as time to install...that will depend on experience and tools. I think someone said the other day where they took their car into ADM to have it done and they had them on in less than 2 hrs. They've done serveral so it's a no brainer for them. If you're going to do them in your garage on jack stands give youself at least 2- 3 times that.
