Regarding CAFE, is it the amount SOLD that has to meet CAFE requirements? Or, is it the total amount produced?
If it's the total amount sold, cut back on production of the gas guzzling trucks they have and raise the price just a teeny weeny bit. Either that, or make them all hybrid. It's the less fuel efficient veh's that are causing the problems. I don't see a problem w/ the Camaro because I honestly think the Camaro will get at or over 30mpg's HWY.
