I talked to our lady at the dealership today. If ever I was doubtful of the story she gave, I am no longer. I totally believe her and our dealership. They are not at fault and they are definitely NOT selling your car to someone else like others have suggested. She told me how stressed out she was before she called you to give you the news. She was worried about how you would take it and that if there was something she could do about it she would have. She said GM has been extremely apologetic to the dealership and something cool is coming your way but she didn’t say what. You must let us in on what they do for you to make up for the delay.
