It goes both ways doesnt it???? Hear me out....
-Cars 1-5 are built...but a problem is found
-adjustments are made
-while 1-5 are being fixed, 6-10 are built with fixes in place
-1-5 now have to be re-inspected 6-10 are ready to be shipped
Should we hold up cars 6-10 just so 1-5 can get their cars first?
If thats the thinking then 1-5 are not being......
