Nope. According to JDP I did not need a three valve with my application. As there was only 1 PCV line on the charger from valve cover to inlet, I assume that is why I only needed a two port. I shall drop SC1250 a pm in a too late fashion.
UPDATE: FROM SC2150:
You have the right model. The dual outlet is for turbo or front mount SC where the intake manifold is retained and is pressurized under boost. A top mount SC like the eforce, maggie, whipple, etc. all replace the factory style intake manifold.
