What do you get for the $400 service . I would not go for this . I would break down what I need and get the services individually . At this point if you have not done it already I would get a transmission service ( drop the pan and new filter ) . Might as well check the air filter at this time also . If you have not changed your rear end fluid I would do this also . I don't think the fuel injection or throttle body service is needed . If you are using good gas that's all you need to do . Keep shopping around for tires . I would take the advice of some of the people here and try those Generals . Sounds like a good price and they make a decent tire . Good luck .
