If the Challenger can be $10K over MSRP, why couldn't the Camaro? Those rules aren't safe guarding many buyers if the ceiling is $10K or higher. If somebody DOES know the rules, I would be interested in knowing how much a dealer (not eBay sale) can mark up a vehicle. Please chime in. Thanks!
