I tie wrapped the fuse to the main line coming off the battery...Right below the corner bend reinforcement for the main cable. A little forward of where you have it, took off the nut on the post of the battery and connected there. I wanted to ground to the battery so I cut the extra power cable away and used that to give me enough line torun back down to the battery negative and marked it with a black sharpie for idiot proofing. I capped the ends until I was ready to connect them to the amp. Then I put the carpets back after power and ground connection to battery.

I had to go out for the screws for the speaker.. Home depot run! I also grabbed zip ties and self tapping screws for sheet metal as well as some cable clamps. I ended up using some adhesive zip tie clamps to hold some cables out of the way rather than the sheet metal screws. I also zip tied all of the power wires together along the cable channel.

Last connection I made was the remote wire while my son held the box in the trunk at an angle so I could screw it down tightly. Then pushed the box into place and voila. It's a very snug fit and it's not going anywhere. Nice work again on Steve's part.

I screwed the speaker and grille down after I laid the box into the trunk.

I think my amp settings are darn spot on to yours. I haven't changed the forward /rear balance yet, but did take all radio gains to zero.
