I'm glad that GM had an epiphany & gave the ZL1 project the full tilt go-ahead. I am so totally HOT for this machine, it's about all I've been thinking about since I took the plunge & committed. There is no way that I'm letting this opportunity to drive the ultimate CAMARO get away from me. Last week, I reconfigured & repoured my driveway to squeeze out a few more degrees of approach angle to accomodate the BEAST! There's no way I'd park that monster on the street overnight; #61
belongs in my garage.
I'm patiently waiting for the "call" to consumate the deal & take her home. I had a rather nasty head-on collision on my bike & complications from that accident have turned my life upside down. I will have to undergo spinal surgery later this Summer, so I will have to get in as much "hands-on" time as is physically possible while I can. My wife promises to give me as many rides I can handle while I'm recuperating. She drives like a pro & she's wanting some time behind the wheel too.
These are great times to be alive. There's a tremendous amount of passion that's gone into this machine & it's sure to deliver the goods. I can't hardly wait to turn the key & plant my right foot.
