Your description is verbatim, for my complaint to the dealership that had my Camaro. But mine locked up, and my guibo exploded damaging everything in close proximity to the driveshaft.

They filled in "Customer states transmission not pulling." Most of GM's dealerships aren't gonna be able to handle the repair. It's beyond the scope of their abilities. Thus the contiued delays....
