Maximum load doesn't matter unless you're going to run maximum pressure*, which I'm sure nobody here will do. At the same size and same pressure, the tire will have the same load rating. Load-inflation charts are standardized across the tire industry.

*: Maybe not exactly the maximum pressure, but almost certainly a pressure far higher than you'll be using.

Anyway, if the tires have a speed rating that will cover all your driving and are the right size, they will be sufficiently safe and not hurt anything. Then you only have to worry about performance - traction, handling, treadwear, ride, noise, aesthetics, etc.
