I'll take a stab at it (sorry it's not as succinct).

1) Where are the early cars and when can people expect them to be delivered? Even if it's 2 months from now... a half-way accurate estimate would be nice. Dealers should be given information when they contact the DBC. Not stonewalled.
2) Sold order R6P cars should have at least some sort of priority over retail stock orders. Even if it's just after they're actually submitted to production. If there's a hold up, the TRE orders should get the shaft.
3) In general, more information about things. Most of it is too late as the details have already come to light. But going forward, we would like a little more transparency. I don't want to here what Toyota does or Honda does or Ford does. GM has to go above and beyond what the other guys do and make every possible step to appease their customers.

I wouldn't be surprised if Scott and all the other GM people stop coming here and giving us all the info.
I take it you haven't noticed a trend as of late. What happens when we have a full on "panic du jour"? The blogs, particularly Jalopnik, pick up on it. That means big time negative publicity. Taking their ball and going home won't solve this. Only MORE involvement and information will.
