The only draw back to the ZL1 spoiler I can see is if you are a person that already has a stock spoiler on your car. If you just try and do a simply swap you will be left with three holes that are unused on the ZL1 spoiler right under the third brake light. In your case if you have no spoiler at all you should be good. There is one other thing I do not like with putting the ZL1 spoiler on. The fact that you will have two third brake lights... one on the spoiler and one in the rear window.
I decided to go with the NLP. There are a lot of nice ones out there. You just need to pick one that fits your taste.
