Each dealership gets a certain allocation. It isn't a static number. Your dealership may well be getting 3 this month as well as next and previous months. Another may be getting 10 per month and others 0 per month (only 1 here or there).

allocations/build are determined monthly by that dealers sales and something to do with Mustang sales i heard.
my dealer got 4 in April, but only gets 2 in May. so i ordered another last week from a dealer who claims they got 26. guess what................that order was pulled yesterday by GM. my original order from 4/11 isn't scheduled to be pulled til' mid June at the earliest.
