This happened to me as well -- I realized it was built without it by looking at the VIN tracking thread and had to reorder it. The biggest problem is getting both GM and the dealer to accept responsibility -- if GM's system worked right you wouldn't have this problem, BUT... if your dealer reviewed your order line-by-line before hitting the submit button, then you wouldn't have this problem either -- I reordered mine last month and my production week has been moved back 3 weeks from the original date given -- I hope you have luck with it. The dealer is able to expedite orders in special cases by going through their regional manager -- you may want to ask them to look into it.
