My father works assembly/skilled trades at GM Lordstown where they build Cobalts. He used to work 6 or 7 days, 12 hours a day and loved it but didn't have much a life otherwise but they money was awesome. Now he is cut back to 5-8s and is bored... It really depends on what they are adding. a shift? a day? going to 10s or 12s?
