I don't have a Maggie, but I run a 3200 stall.
I would probably start down near idle and see if your tires will hook. If they hook up from idle, then move your rpms up a little and see what happens. I'd move up to around 1k rpms or so at first (nothing drastic). Then you can continue to raise your rpms until you can't hook up anymore or your times are not improving.
I run 20" NT555Rs and they hook okay, but not great. I usually have to launch down near idle. When I try to launch at 1K rpms or higher, I blow the launch with too much wheel spin. In my case, the higher the launch rpm, the greater the chance of blowing the launch.
I'm in need of a better wheel/tire setup to handle my setup (which is just bolt ons with a FTI 3200 stall).
