A catch can is used to catch debri in your oil so it doesn't get refiltered back into the engine. This is used to keep the oil in the engine as pure as possible and hopefully extend the life of the engine.

There are others but I will continue on on going list. I am not surprised by exhaust,CAI,headers,rims...but a TUNE does surprise me. Very good to know for beginners.
