Oh, and being that the press release talks about a "new nameplate," I doubt we'll see a Chevelle or Monte Carlo or whatever other historic nameplate that's being thrown around.
Again, I offer my original suggestion: Just retain the Commodore name. Chevrolet Commodore LS. Chevrolet Commodore LT. Chevrolet Commodore SS.
