Do Not let them get by with this. Do what ever you have to do, Better Business Bureau, Lawyer, State Atty General's office, do something. Let them know they cannot back out of a legal binding agreement. I had a similiar thing happen to me a few years ago. I bought a used 69 Camaro from a Chevy dealer in Christiansburg VA. I left a check and had a bill of sale and when I went back to pick it up they would not let me have it. They tried to say the sales person was not supposed to sell it. It was on the back row and would not start. I had no way to haul it the day I bought it. I bought it in May 00. I filed a Warrant in Debt by myself with some advice from a friend who is a lawyer. The Court date was in October, I told them they better not sell the car before the issue was resolved. Finally they called in August and tried to resolve and I explained I would take nothing short of the car. They tried to bump me for $2k more. I stood my ground and finally in September they let me have the car. It is the orange 69 in my photo. Stand your ground. If you stand up maybe you can prevent this from happening to someone else.
