I watched that too, and I wonder who sponsored the show....*cough* Ford *cough*. The US version of Top Gear sucks. They will never be able to do what the UK version does since the BBC is owned by the government over there and they don't depend on advertising money to keep the show running. They didn't say a single bad thing about any of the cars they tested, they all broke even, and it wasn't even an entertaining show for the most part. I gave it a chance for two seasons, and I'm done with it. The only US car show to watch is The Car Show with Adam Carolla. That is awesome programming and it's not full of no personality hosts. I hope that show comes back soon.
