It's not GM's fault but the dealer represents GM. We can't buy cars directly from GM. If I messed up on my job do you think the patients would understand it's not the hospitals fault it was my fault. No we all represent a biz or product and dealers represent GM.
And yes if Best Buy sold a certain brand of tv and I pre orderd a new model and after waiting 8 1/2 months and they jacked up the price I would not buy the tv even if wal mart had it hundreds cheaper.
He pre orderd 8 1/2 months ago and had a written agreement. Come on pple stop defending GM. DEALERS Represent GM.
When my car arrives if my dealer tries this shit I will not buy from him or anyone else. Looks like if it is a pre order then GM customer service should step in on pre orders like this and have the car picked up and shipped to another dealer who will honor the pre order contract!!
