Everyone here is right, the dealership is the crook not GM. But in the eyes of most in the public, dealerships are an extension of the manufacturer. And they tie their experiences at dealerships to the manufacturers.
These are the type of dealers that have contributed to the fall of GM. I'm sure there are a lot of hard working dedicated people at this dealership, and I never want anyone to lose their job, but after reading this I can't help but hope this dealership is one the many that will be closed by GM.
