Sounds like time to look for a new dealer.
Was talking to folks in Hendrick Cary here in NC and they are taking strong line on holding MSRP and have 60 camaro orders now and folks coming from adjacent states to order from them - so hopefully dealers who are being good guys will see benefit over time and those who are simply taking advantage of supply and demand will lose business and go under
Not a good time to mess with clients.
When the economy picks up again - folks will remember bad behaviors in a whole range of different fields of endeavor.
It is sad that the behavior of folks like this taints the overall "brand"
I was amazed when I came to the US and realized how strong the laws are to protect the dealer system and isolate the auto manufacturers from the end client. Clearly in some cases this is not helping the brands or the industry
