I called and left voice mail with whomever they would transfer me to. I finally talked to Bill Lawton(who is not the GM, he is Facility manager). He was nice and said he would relay the message and he also told me that Owen McCumber is the GM(may not be exact, but close....was hard to hear).
Need more people to call this dealership!!
I was not nasty, but I made sure they knew how many people would be finding out about this BS.
