here is a copy of an email I just sent the dealership.

A good friend of mine orderd a new 2010 CGM 2SS/RS Camaro from you on Oct 15th 2008. He has a written contract and yesterday when he went to pick up the car the sales manager Corey Echols then stated he did not care about a written contract and he could not pick up the car at MSRP it would cost $8,000 over MSRP. What kind of dealership you run there? I was going to order a new camaro but with this kind of customer care I would NEVER order a car from you. This is total B.S. My friend is going to write the news papers. BBB, state attoney general, local, state and federal political reps and the manufacturers legal office (GM in Detroit). This is just a piss poor way of running a business and this reflects on GM and is partially to blame for the current finiancial situation GM is presently in.
Shame on you for being so greedy. I just wanted to let you know how I felt about this and your dealership. I hope he sues you.
