Water on the inside yep thats a leaker. But just so ya know there is a vent hole or two on the bach side of the lamp just so ya know.
Look on the bright side if you had a Dodge your lamps WILL turn white because they do not pay for the UV protection just look around at any 4 year old dodge.

So should I take it apart as suggested earlier and use the polish and other stuff on it as well?
