Relatively minor point of contention here ... by my estimates the TVS kit should be pumping out something like ~590 hp (crank) at 6 psi on a manual SS. Why did you go with 565? In case you're wonder where I got my 590 from:
Blownchevy's G8 made 323 hp at the wheel, stock. With 6psi he made an extra 125 hp. That is a gain of 38.7% (125/323 x 100%). So 426*1.387 = 591 hp.
