no, you can't argue facts but facts aren't necessarily the same thing as statistics. sure you can't argue the statistic/fact that if i drop a 5lb weight while in a weighted environment it will fall, but you can argue that the horrible driving statistic isn't a fact because you could take a group of 100 people in accidents and statistically 15 of them would be ages 15-20, however, factually they could be any number from 0-100 of the crashes so it isn't a fact that they are worse only a statistic. a statistic which can be caused by a small group of people who were just given a fast car without having to work for it at all and had the mentality of "if i wreck it mommy and daddy will just get me another one" but if you make the kid really work for it or work on it (more than just minor maintenance, i mean work that takes blood, sweat, and sometimes even tears) they would be more careful because if they wreck it, it's on them not just their parents credit card.
