I'd bet 25 was the speed the kids told the victim and the cop, and the cop probably said to himself Suuuuure. In my opinion that damage is from at least a 70MPH impact , unless you were glued to the ground. There's always some force that is dissipated by you vehicle moving forward after the hit and I'm sorry 25MPH won't do that kind of damage. Reading some of the background to this story I'm sure theirs more to it than is being said. Anyhow that's my 2 cents worth, from someone that's seen 10 years worth of accidents in south Florida.
