The car comes with spacers to put in the front suspension to give you extra ground clearance for loading it onto a rollback or trailer. If I recall correctly when the dealership takes them out they are supposed to put them in the glovebox. As far as installation, I would assume you'll have to jack the front end up a little bit to get the weight off the suspension, just put them in place, and let it back down. Or as far as that goes in your case just tell the dealer to leave them in place since you plan to throw it up on the trailer, then just pull them out when you get her home.
