IMO the Genesis embodies this description more than any of the new "old school" cars from Ford, Chevy or Dodge. The mustang of course comes closest, but the Camaro is more of a muscle car and the base Challenger does'nt fit into either category as it is way too heavy and slow, but the R/T may. For further reference, at the end of the Motortrend 2010 Camaro V6 vs Genesis 3.8 Track test they say "If there is any future for rear drive sport coupes, Hyundai Genesis is it." and they go on to say that is why they pick it in that test.
