PS: If you need to get your correction signed make sure you catch a cop off the street. If you go to a police station theres a "fee" for getting a lazy cop to come out and verify the plate.
PPS: My cop simply looked out the front door of the station to my car parked like 150 feet away to sign off the correction. I could have in retrospect stuck on the plate with tape and could have gotten away.

If it happens to me, which I hope it doesn't, I'll do what a member here did. They mounted 4 or 6 rear earth magnets with epoxy to the back side of the bumper then stuck the same amount to the face of the bumper then attached the plate with a slight bend in the middle to the outside magnets with epoxy. let it harden then removed a tape barrier after pulling the plate with magnets attached off. Show ready at a moments notice. nothing showing from the outside.
