I think there's more to this than people think. Outside suppliers will temporarily stop deliveries on parts until the company emerges from bankruptcy (regardless of what Chapter it is). They're
not going to ship hundreds of thousands of dollars of parts if there is a risk they won't get paid. Everyone's Camaros will get built but the question is when.
