Not to deter you from selling this but have you tried a new oil pressure sending unit........
I would verify the low oil pressure condition with a mechanical gauge before stating the engine is shot. Other than the low oil pressure observed in the dash is there any mechanical issues with the engine or does it run fine otherwise?
