I have to agree with this one based on the angle of these pictures you can see it very clearly. I've seen a lot of accidents through the years with the fire dept as well as when I worked for the insurance company, and rearend accidents smush the car in, they dont tear it up like that. Looks like a high rate of speed (40mph+) backwards pole hit to me.
