The scheduled time to meet at Oasis is 12:30-3:30. After that we will attempt the cruise from last year only with a little more organization this time.
The folks from Austin and down south all met at this parking lot last year then headed to Oasis.

I would suggest we all plan on this again, lets say meet here around 11:30-11:45 and roll out at 11:50.
I have the cruise route planned but am still working on a spot to end up for a photo of all the cars. If anyone has suggestions on a good place that can hold most of the cars for a good shot, give me a shout. The folks who put on the Cabela's meet are going to rope off a section for us again this year but we need to show up around 6:30. We will probably have a bit of free time between the photo op and the car meet just like we did last year, but I figured you guys can head over to the Roadhouse next to Cabela's for some refreshments, check out Cabela's, do your own thing for a bit...etc. Oasis is going to send over two menus for us to choose from this week so I will let everyone know when I get them.
