You have to look at it like this :
Car reviewers sit behind the wheel of hundreds of models, and hundreds of cars, so they are able to compare apples to apples, and apples to oranges. Me personally? It's not everyday that I go to a dealership, and test drive and get the "fit and feel" of different vehicles on the lot. So when I am inside of MY Camaro, it feels like a nice car to ME. What someone who gave the car a bad or "ok" review thinks about it, I could care less, because I havent always had "nice" cars to compare to my whole life.
