2010 SS may be the least collectible, given the unusual V8 to V6 ratio the 2010 model year had. More V8s in 2010 than any other model year.

Ultimately, the 2010 Camaro will be about as collectible as the 2005 Mustang, or Chrysler PT Cruiser will be....not very. The ZL1 may be a different story....in 30 or 40 years. Nothing produced in large numbers will turn into something you'll cash in on. Everything eventually reaches an age where it might start to go up in value, but only rare, low volume stuff (in pristine, rarely driven condition) brings the kind of money one normally thinks of when using the term "collectibility."
