as far as warranty goes, they are localized, so if your brakes or bushings take damage because of the oversize wheels then yes it will void that part of the warranty. but they cant say that because you put over size wheels on that your drivetrain warranty is void, i have had service done on my truck with the 20's on it and they dont care.
