It is unlikely possible to get them to $21,000 on the LS.

Now, mine is a 2011 model, purchased in 2010. The 2012's have a different engine in them, and probably a few other differences, so I'm not certain what the pricing is on the LS now based on those factors. But, for the 2011's if you got them under 23, that was about the best you were going to do.

Others may have different experiences based on timing, incentives, region/location, etc, so hopefully a few others will chime in and you can get a better idea of where you need to be. In any case, good luck to you!
Without getting out my paperwork, I got mine for 23,500 out the door with rally stripes put on. I think invoice on those was in the low 22's? at the time. So even without the stripes (and labor to put on), it was around 21-21.5 before tax title registration and whatever other BS fees there are. I personally would walk if im not getting an LS down in the 21's before whatever incentives, trade, and money down are on the table. Here at least, it seems that all the LS models sit in the back of the lot. Im sure thats their strategy so they can be safety valves just in case a camaro is just out of someones price range and they can throw one of those at a customer to keep them from walking. Could be wrong. But yea, those seem to be the bastard stepchild that can sit at the back of a lot for a long time and they come a dime a dozen.
