I would mask off the area on the back where the pisotns are instead of totally disassembling them. You do not want any paint getting into where the seals and pistons are. This how I did mine. Just my .02.

Thats exactly how we do em for our customers too.....much easier that way and cost effective for em.

Brembo decals are available everywhere on ebay now too....cheap I might add.
