That is to say, after scanning all the VIN's in Whitby yesterday, the transportation company is working to get the cars that have been the longest out first.

For me, and this is all just estimation but estimates from the sources that would know, it would mean my car should be transported *from* Whitby and back *to* the transportation warehouse this week... in line for repairs (the battery cable) and then on it's way to me toward the end of next week/early the week after (Victoria Day in Canada on 5/24). Since my dealer is very near the Arlington, Texas plant, that's where the car will be railed... from there, onto a truck for delivery up the road to my dealer. The estimation/expectation being that I see the car before the first of June... or about 10 days from the first day it's actually shipped.

Others in the same boat - while my own selfish motivations started this, the impact is positive for anyone that is having factory stripes applied. The "first in, first out" approach is in play and working again.

More to come as/if things develop...

First in first out, since your in the 4000's i wonder how long it would take to get mine since its 8042? i can just hope they can send a bunch of cars out but then again some people like me will say but to remind everyone this should be quick since not everyone is getting factory stripes so lets hope lets hope lets hope.
